The Omega team sought a re-brand to position themselves visually in a more sophisticated bracket, to better align with their premium services.
They are a trusted leader in the functional and holistic healthcare industry, providing patients with personalized, science-backed treatment plans that address root causes, not just symptoms. With functional medicine gaining popularity but still misunderstood by many, Omega needed a brand identity that felt both modern and professional while maintaining a sense of approachability and patient-first care — creating a bridge between clinical expertise and holistic wellness.
The Solution
A brand foundation and visual identity that positions Omega as an approachable leader and reliable educator — a trusted partner guiding patients toward lasting wellness through science, transparency, and holistic care. This strategy drove the development of a visual identity that balances clean, clinical design with organic elements, mirroring Omega’s fusion of science and whole-body healing.




The primary goal of this rebrand was to position the team in a more sophisticated market space. Given that Omega’s patients often experience significant pain and stress, it was essential for the visuals to feel serene and approachable in their office space.
Omega's primary logo conveys a high-end and professional feel. With the inclusion of an 'Om'—the sound of the universe—which symbolizes tuning into yourself to find the root of pain.




Incorporating the founder's Asian heritage was a vital aspect to this project so we integrated expressive Japanese brushstrokes and custom watercolor illustrations.







The Final Impact
Omega's brand identity establishes a clear, trustworthy voice in the evolving functional medicine space — balancing scientific credibility with approachable design to meet patients where they are in their healing journey.
By aligning every brand touchpoint — from the logo suite to patient education materials to custom illustrations — Omega now offers a seamless, patient-first brand experience that supports both education and conversion. The results of this project have been incredible with a 5% clientele growth and service price increase since the re-brand.
